Thermal Mites resides in "nests" composed of magma rocks ranging from 20cm to 40cm tall. Whenever something approached, the nest bursts, releasing all the mites within.

While a single mite doesn't cause too much damage, an entire swarms of them is very lethal.

Fortunately the nest takes a few seconds to bursts, so one can back away far enough before the mites are released. The mites are also attracted to movements, and can be redirected by throwing objects to lure away and explode from afar.

Assessment: Potentially lethal, avoid rocks with crawling glows.
