MALAKAS Project - Sunny Breeze

Description:
Sunny Breeze just so happened to be a member of the Wondercolts, a pegusus-exclusive air force originated in a somewhat magical kingdom of Equestria. However, the Wondercolts had taken notice of some TV advert promoting the MALAKAS Project when they visited San Francisco for a performance in an air show, and yet none developed interest in that, well except for Sunny Breeze. Signing up for some dubious project wasn't discouraged as it wasn't mentioned in the list of rules, but even Sunny had to report to her superior about what she had in mind, lest she would be charged to disciplinary action over a long absence. It would take her a dozen minutes to discuss with her superior until she managed to persuade them to give her a legal excuse, as long as she would make an honest and discreet report on the MALAKAS Project.
Few weeks later, Sunny arrived at the mountain base designated for the MALAKAS Project, a chemical type that forces hormones to strengthen one's muscles, just a mile away from another Californian city of Santo Tomas. Although surprised to have a pegasus recruited into the project for the first time, Christopher North did an inspection and interogation on her so as to ensure she wasn't affliated with any suspicious or shady organization, as mandated by his higher-ups, following the recent recruitment of some assassin bat pony. That bat pony happened to be one of Sunny's friends, named Kraft Jägerin Fheu, and was still roaming around the base just few weeks after the said recruitment. Kraft, being a seeker for attention, explained almost everything to Summer of how he got into the project. Kraft's mother willingly worked in the mountain base, to not only get him into the project, but to also treat his terminal illness somehow.
Sunny on her part never had anything solid to work as a weapon. Instead, she relied on speed and wind to counter her enemies and their attacks. Her assigned instructor Rosemary Soro recognized that, so she modified Sunny's training to allow her to use speed and wind well. As soon she became a Super Soldier, Sunny was confronted by a dozen of Super Soldier birds, who also relied on the same thing as did Sunny, intentionally as a final part of her training. Sunny's final training proved to be a challenge for her, until she realized just several minutes later that she had been so skilled with speed and wind that she could just improvise instead and find new ways to counter the old ones. Confirmed by Rosemary as intended, Sunny managed to defeat the dozen birds, but not without her near defeat at the hands of the Philippine Eagle. As she gained the temporary ability of a Juggernaut, her speed and wind based attacks was enhanced to become extremely devastating, which could be fatal if done carelessly.
Christopher, having already learned about her affiliation, decided to assist Sunny on writing a report for the Wondercolts, as long as classified or sensitive topics were either downplayed or withheld. Such a compromised report came out successfully convincing to Sunny's superior. Chris also learned that the Wondercolts wanted nothing to do with the Brisa Creek invasion as Equestria was very far away from California, so he had to no choice but to refrain himself from bringing it up to Sunny, so as to avoid trouble from her superior. Sunny returned to Equestria to continue her duty, but her appearance proved tempting yet troublesome for her fellow members.
