A quick Paint 3D sketch I did, using bright colors to make sure I make the Pokémon stand out among the blue colors of the water. Buizel himself looks ROUGH... but I tried. His facial and body proportions were the most difficult to pull off as you might've already noticed -- maybe it's the rippling effect of the water? At least the sun beams and the reflection effects look decent.
🌅 In this scenario, Buizel has put on a swim diaper and is now diving towards the bottom of a crystal clear lake. Maybe he'll go and explore that sunken shipwreck over there in a minute.
