Wow, nice smeargle.

blaze kick for the feet? future sight for the ears? some grass move for the left hand, maybe one of the x-drains? ghost type for the right arm, my guess is sucker punch? I dont think there's an electric move involving the tail, so idk there. the five points on the chest tat makes me think of the icicle crash move. not sure what the under-eye tat is for, seems fairly generic.
