I'm going to take a guess that Helena's either a reincarnation or a doppelganger(who learned from the other souls wondering Limbo) of a goddess/person named Neftis the woman in page 121 that Obeliotep thought of. There are differences between the two.
A doppelganger is someone who simple looks and possibly sound exactly like someone else; who they both can and cannot have possible relations by blood. But they don't have any memories, skills or abilities of the other. They are completely seperate people despite their appearances.
A reincarnation can have a similar appearance with a past life, memories and skills could awaken/manifest after a certain amount of time had passed or something triggers those memories.
Like in the the movie The Mummy Returns Evelyn didn't gain the small fraction of her memories and skills of her previous life as Nefertiri until the Year of the Scorpion arrived.
Considering how Helena had talked about memories that possibly only Obeliotep knew about alongside calling him by his other or true name Wepwawet and said Medjay instead of her husband along with the danger that she said from their "own blood".
I'm going to guess on reincarnation of Neftis(assuming that is her name using the tags on page 121).
But it looks like Obeliotep is going to finally see the real threat to Egypt and understand that Teo/Acarius(who is incredibly dangerous) isn't that threat, and/or see what lies or half truths the other gods(minus Ra, Bastet, and Mahees) had told him.
