Background and His History
Chip is a Collage Student and Southern PokeFeild Technical college as well as a member as a cheerleader of the football team. Coming from his home town Cross Town (now know and Cinnaville) he moved from there and moved to the alola region where he meet and caught both a luxray and a luxio. and after 7 months of living there he aliped for a college And Pokefeild and got accepted. After Moving Far upstate his Pokémon got into a few rumbles with team rocket which made them hate chip and hi Pokémon and always swore revenge on them. Other than that he is a caring Pokémon owner, intelligent eevee, and soon to be a small baker

Chip Is a 19 year old 5' 1 Male Eevee with wide hips and big tush. Certain parts of his body, like his tail and right (his left) ear are made of a Slight Birth defect making them look like Chocolate chip Cookies, which explains his name.
