I like this concept. Not sure if trying a Soviet theme would be overkill or not. Might be fun to try?

I'm thinking I want to play her off as the rebellious/bored type, so part of the beginning is her going AWOL after her superiors tell her they hadn't planned on bringing her down anytime soon. She eventually puts her own bent on the Soviet flag by replacing the hammer with a bone, so I guess she believes in some off-shoot of Socialism. She's definitely more of a patriot than a nationalist, so that'd be fun to play with too.

This pretty much guarantees I'd never get air time in the US if I want to pitch it as a show, though (I can't imagine this without hearing her speak with a thick Russian accent, so a TV Series would be great).

Take it to some Russian TV stations? ;)
