Mine are showing their age a bit - they're the version before the new clear ones! In fact, I don't think Promarkers had even been introduced when I started on Trias so I've never tried them. I think the difference is the promarkers don't have the same tips. I don't know if the ink's the same or not though.
I managed to get my hands on an arseload (technical term...) of them just before they went out of fashion. They're pretty well-behaved as far as bleeding's concerned (though they do 'interact' with certain inks in an unfortunate way so I have to be careful what I do my lines with).. what I love is the smooth coverage and blending capability.
