This is a DVD and book I recently got from kaleidoscope, who finds British television that has thought to have been wiped or missing from the BBC and ITV archives as well as channel 4 and 5.
This is from a 1968 BBC colour horror series called "late night horror". The six episode series was thought to be lost until a 16mm B/W film print of the episode "the corpse can't play" was found in mid-2016. It has now been restored to it's original colour format via chroma dot colour recovery.
