Born in the same Adirondacks town as Sharon and Tyrone, 27-year-old Iris has been living in the same neighborhood as and has been friends with the two since childhood. Iris runs a boating rental store known as Loon Lake Boating Rentals, where others could rent boats to use them in the lakes of the Adirondacks. However, in the snowy months, it gets too cold for boat rentals, as the lakes get too icy and cold for the boats to move around, meaning that there really isn’t any point for Iris to work at the boat rental shop. So to make up for it, during these kinds of months, Loon Lake Boating Rentals becomes temporarily closed and Iris works at Moose Mountain Gift Shop, working alongside her old friends Sharon and Tyrone.
