Change Notes:

-Outfit. This outfit is another canon outfit! Worn during certain situations, as with Grala's V.2 ceremonial outfit. Whenever Raja travels up north to Icefall Glacier, Raja wears this, her heavy tundra outfit!
-Bow. A different bow compared to her usual one. Crafted specifically to fire arrows at a vicious efficiency to resist wind resistance from harsh blizzards and storms.
-Hip accessories. Raja carries a more sturdier satchel as opposed to her typical pouch when out in the harsher tundras of Icefall Glacier, or the rare times she visits Velious. Her dagger is also more suited for tougher hides of icy creatures, like mammoths.
