Here is a customized version of Shaak Ti, using parts from two figures of her. The face and body came from the Geonosis Arena Shaak Ti, and the white and blue parts of the head came from the Clone Wars animated figure collection version of her. I also had to repaint the headtails because some of the paint got skuffed off.
