Here we have a nice picture of Azar, no shenanigans involved. Maybe he's working on some new creation (though he should really be wearing safety goggles if so!), maybe someone brought out one his many favorite meals to him, or maybe he's keeping still as someone draws his picture and he just can't help but be excited for the final result. Either way, he seems to be enjoying himself. A nice moment for Azar to just relax for a bit without any shenanigans popping up. For now at least.
