so out of curiosity, is it a case she's always seen in ballet heels, always in them regardless of in public or not, or just wearing them for special events?

Ah, yeah she's used to wearing them. Her mother wore them a lot, and my bird girls tend to have a superb sense of balance compared to many other Chimerans.

As for Chroma, she prefers them to normal heels.
