This is the theme on which Beethoven's Six Variations are based. It's very simple, straightforward, and short. This and the 6 variations are supposed to be played in succession; however I am only working on the 3rd variation. I think they're all beautiful independent of the others, anyway. I wanted to record the 1st and maybe the 2nd tonight, but the sound recording thing was ticking me off so much that it didn't happen. Seriously Windows 7? The sound recorder was NOT my idea.
