I wonder how SHE would react if she learned the dragons have kept the war with the tigers going, just to keep the dragons from destroying each other, and their lazy defenses are ONLY lazy ENOUGH to keep the dragons scared of the tigers and not remember how much they hate each other.

Actually the fault was not Kess's for being there. The two tiger sisters being impulsive screwed things up for everyone. . . . .actually now that I think about it, simply putting her hood on would have hidden her again, but I guess she did not know where she would end up.
