Well one would be, and might be best done as a comic, would be learning some functions about the others body. Like how possums play dead instinctively when they get scared, and come out of it after a while. Might be a bit funny if our new doe decided to jumpscare her friend rediscovering that niche.
Another could be maybe shown when it comes to deer hooves, I assume learning to walk on those may not come as easily to someone who has never had them. Just something as simple as trying to run or going up or down stairs could lead to some moments that are either cute or funny.

Just another one that occurred to me was just to play with their body types in other unfornate ways. the opossum getting stuck somewhere too tight for her might be a little silly, like through a whole or jammed doorway.
As for the doe... well, I got two for her. I recall the doe originally wanting this possum's body because it could fill a dress. maybe now that possum is in this smaller body she could earn a bit of that the hard way.
The other idea, may be a little funnier, is that her body is too light now for a lot of waterpark rides. the ones that got those weight limits to them. X3
