Also known as Oran the Radiant, Oran is a noble scion of the Oleander family. He lives in the oasis city of Crescent admist the vast desert. Oran was given the title of "Radiant" due to the brilliant light associated with many of his powers. When performing his duties, Oran carries himself with a regal air, his graceful flowing belying the supernatural strength in his supple limbs. Unintentionally or not, Oran carries a draconic presence with him, which seems to add a tangible pressure to the area he is in. Most refer to this characteristic of the Oleanders as the draconic thrum.
