Malarachnis, more colloquially known as "Evil Spider" is a species of arachnid that can be found all around the world. Said to travel via a network of extremely deep tunnels underground (most often referred to as "The Under Dark"), these managed to colonize all but the coldest and dryest environments.
They are highly aggressive, venomous, and ravenous. They are among the most common monsters that young adventurers can encounter on their journeys. Many attempts have been made to exterminate this species, yet none have proven to be effective. In that regard, young mages and warriors can always be sure to be hired by some unfortunate house owner, whose cellar became the newest nest of these foul creatures.
