This is for Darkhorse, of he and his wife, and for this I attempted to redesign the traditional claddagh. I omitted the hooves on either side that took the place of hands, as it looked like crap, so I guess it's not really a claddagh any more but the basic gist is still there. I'm overall pleased with how it came out, I experimented some with the shading and am glad I didn't ruin it! Hopefully I can track down Darkhorse's email so I can send this along to him before the Yule. :)

Honestly I think it was a stupid situation, I miss him on this site. I had him on one of my messengers but this system I'm currently on doesn't do well with messengers, tends to up and die on me...and my modem won't seem to work on my actual functional system, so...I'm kinda screwed. :P

This is such a sweet an romantic picture. The way you arranged them inside the heart makes for great composition and I love how he's kinda thick and burly looking and in contrast she's very elegant and graceful looking.

glad you like the crossgaurd. (even though it says pommel in the link the pommel is actually the little peice at the bottom of the handle used to Pummel people)
