Virmir would definitely benefit from a retributive TF spell by this point. Someone tries to climb all over him and change him into something ADORABLE, and the contingency spell turns his attacker into something else as well. It wouldn't stop the TF(because this is the virmir zone and TF is an obligation), but it would at least spread it around.

Well, that's the thing - the questions are supposed to be a personality quiz. So it's less cheating as in "Action Replay" cheating and more as in cheating on a test.
If someone actually tried to hack in their own answers, they'd also have to hack in the resulting Pokemon you become, otherwise you'd end up with the values being out of range and that could cause anything from getting a default result to the game getting stuck in an infinite loop, depending on how the game is programmed to proceed in the event of an error.
