Jock: father foo dog/grief monster mix
Not very good at helping others with grief he sure has no problem telling others what they should and shouldn't do.
Though he loves his wife Kayla to beyond the moon he believes in arranged marriages for women and for men to be free and marry whoever, so he's constantly looking for a mate for his daughter cozy who he almost constantly ignores unless there's something important.
jock has 3 sons and one other daughter with his wife and all of which are younger than cozy and get spoiled by their father nearly every day.

Kayla: mother comfort/killer monster mix
Kayla was born and raised by a single father who was a killer monster or rather known as a boogie man never really liked killing though when he did it was only truly awful people, he wanted his daughter to be a comfort monster like her mother so after her mother left them he trained her to be a comfort monster.
She also scolds her mate every time he's rude to their older daughter, so she acts as a mother and father for her daughter's cozy and younger sib's so no one feels left out.
she met her mate jock when she worked at her first job as a trucker delivering some lumber to some lumber mill .it was love at first sight for him and annoyance but his sweetness grew on her and slowly she grew to care for him not knowing his upbringing background.

Deep down he jock loves his older daughter but keeps letting the logic his parents drilled into his brain, keep him distant from her but his young baby daughter is such a suck-up and good actress he treats her like he should cozy . But all the while wifey keeps helping him to push all that toxic out so he and his eldest daughter can finally connect.
