Recently, a good friend of mine who I met through WoW, went through a pretty rough period. Out of a desire to do *something*, I drew this for her in an attempt to cheer her up. Yes, yes... I'm that damn sappy. As you might have suspected, the image is of our two characters. My toon is the tauren druid (named Aspar), and her's is the blood elf priest (named Thaelynn).

Luckily, I don't fear getting beat down for saying those names, because I was given permission before hand. Otherwise, I say nothING!

Anywho, I took some liberties on her design here. I made the blood elf appear more realistic in her facial definition (by freak chance, similar to her own) and designed the outfit to be a little more traditional fantasy and not so semi-trucks-mounted-to-my-shoulders-spouting-radio-active-fumes-earning-me-honorable-kills-by-proximity like you see a lot in WoW. Mind you, I still tried to keep a little more traditional omfg-my-face-is-melting-because-your-shoulders-shouldn't-be-that-large aspects of Warcraft's design, but mostly went with my own thing. It's very loosely based off the Wrathful Gladiator set, if you're familiar with the game.
