Ive been inspired by Cult of the Lamb and doodled a little character idea. He's a hillbilly catfish who farms seaweed in a saltwater hot spring he found deep in the desert. He lives in an abandoned yacht buried in the sand, which you can visit to hear some of his never-ending story tales. He's also a great chef, and would love for you to try his special sushi rolls. If I were you though, I wouldn't ask him where he gets the fish...
