Im officially in DC now (and will continue to be for the next 4-10 months...if my projects budget holds out...which it may not =\).
This is the Crystal City subway station in Arlington, VA.
What I did: Combined two separate images of the train until stopped and the train starting back up again. Masked out part of the roof in favor of the former image, dropped the opacity of the the former image by 50% (so the streaking would go the whole way), and used a custom "fake" HDR effect.
It came out ok. I can do better I think and I have the time to make it better =)...hopefully, lol.

great long exposure, the lighting came out really well
Thanks! =D
Plus I dont have the computing storage or power to really do that much with video works. The last videos I made were frag videos and that was some serious hard drive storage XD
It is much more difficult, but is much more rewarding. Too bad we can't post them on FA.
Wish it looked this good on a daily basis :P
Used to walk from the 1002 block apartments down that way for Groceries every week or so.
Plus there was a Rite Aid right near the station that stocked a lot of 'snack' foods and ramen lol Staple of college.
