I remember this guy~
I used to talk to him alot at AGNPH and on IRC. He and his character were adorable. DChronos I believe he went by, and his 'raimew' character was named Ario. I drew this for him a long time ago to show my love of his character, needless to say several people lost teeth due to the sickening sweetness of the pic.
