Yep. I still need to think up a name for this one. So far it's the hottest sauce I've made but it's not going to be anywhere near as hot as what I have planned coming down the line.
Peppers used are red habanero and Carolina Reaper and a healthy dose of ginger, among other things but those are the most prominent ingredients. And it may look like 4 bottles but there are only 2 as a coworker has claim to 2 bottles of every sauce I produce. Keep an eye out for a future post listing at least 1 of the remaining 2 bottles among other sauces for sale. Not yet though.

it's hot, but not that hot........yet. Unless a mask comes with the Red Death Sauce in which case none shall survive, jk.
Like I said to Vixyyfox above I'm not sure what was going on with the LED lights I was using,
they were adding a purple tinge to everything and make the sauce look much redder than it actually is
soon I'll have some Scotch Bonnets (the key ingredient in super spicy Jamaican dishes) and Devils Tongues
and I'm growing a super hot that is supposed to rival the Carolina Reaper called the T-Rex though it's probably still 2 months away from producing anything.
