Luna: Hey everybody! I just wanted to remind everybody that being mindless is so much fun. We all need a time for us to just turn our brains off and relax. We all have so much work and stress now-a-days. It's so much fun to just be so mindless.

What I like to do is just put on a nice pretty spiral, and sink into my chair. Sinking into being mindless and having fun. I take a few deep breaths and feel my chest lift and fall with each cycle. I focus my attention on the spiral and listen to the repetitive words. Reminding me how much fun being mindless is.

I love the feeling of my muscles relaxing, and my stress and worries falling away. Everyone's body needs to rest and relax, why should I be any different? Just like we all like to have fun. And, being mindless, is so much fun. When my body is nice and limp and my eyes are starting to droop I know I'm having the most fun.

Then there is my mind, it works so hard all the time. When I see the spiral and listen to the voice, I know that work is over and it is time for me to be mindless and have fun. Nice, mindless fun. And being mindless is fun. I remind myself that the deeper I go the better I feel, and the better I feel, the deeper I go. I keep my attention on my breathing and feeling the relaxation in my chest spread to every part of my body and mind. The relaxation is fun, and obedience is mindlessness. I know that somehow they are connected. I hear the voice explaining the concept to me. But I'm so sleepy, so completly relaxed.

I know my mind is listening for me. All I need to do is obey, and relax. Mindless and having fun. The voice tells me I'm being such a good girl and I smile. Being good is easy when you are having this much fun. And I can have more fun if I just relax.

The voice starts counting. I'm not sure why but each number makes me feel better and better. The words are lost on my empty mind. There is nothing left of me to absorb them. But my body reacts all the same. I feel my eyes open and close with each number. My breaths inhaling and exhaling as they draw farther and farther down. As I sink, more and more into complete... and... total... mindless...... fun...... zzzzzzzzzzz.
