Hey! I have one of those too. ^__^ Same ear too. They're awesome, but they hurt a lot! I got mine... errr... more than a month ago, and it's still healing. Oh well, it's worth the pain in my opinion. x3

Cool! I don't see them often, they tend to be a rarer piercing. In my own opinion it hurt less than the cartilage piercing I got with a gun. When they did it at City Limits they used a needle type thing which didn't hurt... But when they shoved the 14g bar through that was almost enough to knock me the hell out lol but it didn't hurt for too long. And after that it only hurt for 30 mins, it was sore for a day or two, especially if I hit it.. Other than that, I've had mine since the start of Feb. It can get sore now if I sleep on it for too long.

Oooh... That's interesting. I don't have any cartilage piercings other than my industrial, so maybe cartilage pieces all hurt. xD They used a needle for mine as well, and I think it was the fact that it wasn't quick that made it hurt... Plus they had to do two holes of course xP

Yeah, mine still gets a little crusty (I should wash it more) and that ear doesn't like being slept on... I do it anyway. x3 It's good to know I'm not the only one with that problem :D

Ah well the cartilage hurts the most to pierce so say some, but i'd have to argue with it I think nose piercings (which I saw done) and tongue piercings which I've heard of hurt more.

Neat piercing, but as for personal preference, I plan to grow old with the same number of holes in my body as I started with.

I think they look great and find them neat on other people.

Just... not on me. They look like they hurt. A lot!

^^ That's alright, nothing wrong with that sort of thinking. As for the piercing hurting, to me not that much except when they shoved the 14g bar through (without the balls of course- you wouldn't believe the people at work who think the balls were shoved through as well.) Thanks!

I've known enough people to know that the balls are screwed on AFTER it's put through.

I so want one of those, but all of my peircings to date have been done with a gun and I've slowly increased the guages... mostly I don't like the idea of a chunk of my flesh being removed, the gun just shoves it's way right through. Very cool though, and a nice photo too ^__^

Well when they did it they used this surgical device. It doesn't hurt as much and the guns cause trauma to the ear. ^^ In any case thanks!
