My annual redraw to see how my art has improved and my style changed over the last year! I actually changed quite a few things up this year, it felt like the drawing was getting too stagnant and I realized I don't have to keep everything exactly the same each time. As long as I have the core elements and the same theme each time, I can change things around a bit. So this year, her pose, sweater, and scenery changed. I really like how it ended up, too, I think it looks really nice and I love the vibe of it.
I definitely feel like I've improved a lot with my ability to draw clothes and my shading has improved too (despite not really doing a lot of it in the last year). I really like the more relaxed but sassy pose Toffee has, and the scenery is just really nice. It's based on an image from Norway, which is where I get to finally be back in come Friday, so I really wanted to make that be her new scenery.
