Thought I'd share this little wip like I had with Kimi's corgi, CornPop. The color base was done in photoshop elements as I prefer starting off by dumping paint rather than actually painting such a large canvas. Then I save it as a high quality jpeg and import it into oC 1.0. The color pallet/dots I created are done for purposely being able to choose the right shades if I have to touch up. I color roughly through a duplicated layer but go back and clean up, you can see some of it done already... But I'm just going to muck it up again no doubt. I'm not sure whether or not I'm going to leave the shading crisp, like on the foot in the front or to leave it bubbly like beneath the arm.. Im leaning more toward the crisp shading. His eyes aren't done purposely as I do eyes in photoshop where I can use the dodge and burn making them very sparkle-y. I do not use dodge and burn for shading since it sucks. Just as I will do the sparse background in photoshop as well. In any case, this is far from finished and I'll probably work on it later, kind of tired now.
