Yes, it's supposed to put less strain on the smaller balloon on the outside cause it's being pressed against by the balloon on the inside and not air. Although I'm not sure if that would be a good idea. If anything, I've tried with a friend putting a smaller balloon inside one of the bigger balloons. That worked once, but another time when I tried it, it broke inside the balloon while it had just begun inflating :/. I would just recommend doubling up big balloons to relieve the stress ^-^. The more balloons together, the more stiff and durable they are.
balloonsfast.com :3. It's a little pricey at around $50 but they last a long long time. I still have mine and have had mine for almost a year now. It can be inflated to near max of 8' (8 feet) and after being deflated, it doesn't leave stretch marks! So it doesn't really ever develop a weak spot on it. Good luck finding the room for an 8' by 8' balloon hehe x3. Be careful too if you try sitting on it because if you're out in the open and nothing to hold on to, you'll end up rolling off of it and that sometimes isn't too fun heheh. I know from experience >.<.
i definitely want a balloon like that, and it'd be awesome if you could ship it to me :O i will be thankful for ever! but i need to think of a adress to send to
because i dont want my parents to know this, they'r to curious y'know....
btw i'm on msn if u wanna talk to ^^

I'm curious, I found a big red balloon similar to this on eBay but it shipped and was completely covered in powder and doesn't get near as squishy like that D: It's also very rigid and wrinkly when it's deflated. Do you have to inflate it big then let the air out for it to get squishy or was it just nice like that on the first try? (That's what I have to do for the huge one and the 36" one I have.)
depends if it's latex or chloroprene. if it's a weather balloon, should be rather squishy. Sounds like you might have a standard latex balloon. Do you have a picture per chance as to what your balloon looks like? Could also be due to the cold weather, depending on how fast you inflated it from opening it from the box. But yes, inflating it to near-limit, then deflating it a little will help make it a lot more squishy.

Added some comments for you in there. It's a little taut when you first get it pressurized enough to not be really wrinkly but it stretches a bit if you inflate it to 4-5' then let some air out of it. I don't think this is chloroprene. I think a friend had one at a con last year in a room and I don't think it felt anything like what I have, but I hardly remember.

Looks like a weather balloon of some sort for sure. That's the talcom powder they put on the balloon to keep it from sticking to itself when sealed up like that. You don't necessarily want to rub it off if possible. It helps the balloon. Doesn't look like a chloroprene, nor a latex. A weather balloon, sure, but what kind, I'm not sure. Interesting balloon though!
haha it would indeed make an excellent conversation piece, especially with it being as big as a room from floor to ceiling lol. If you didn't want to pay that much for the cloudbuster, there's always the standard latex 96" balloons which I believe go for around $24. Only downside is if you order only one, there's shipping cost which last I heard from a friend was like another $15 :/. I could be mistaken though, but from my friend's experience, I've heard it's best to purchase the $50 worth to get the free shipping. Maybe if you have a friend who wants a balloon too, you can consolidate orders so it totals up to or over $50 to get the free shipping :D.

He lives in San Jose and will deliver right to the FC hotel if you put your order in soon enough :) I have half a dozen of these and they're very very durable. Very thick.

Feels very similar to latex, but not as shiny. You can go for the 8' cloudbuster if you want, or start out with the 5.5'. Only problem is if you choose the 5.5', you wouldn't end up saving much because you'd have to pay the shipping which is like... $20 from what I heard from my friend, so it'd almost be better to just save up to spend the extra and get the 8'.
Sure thing Wolfcat! ...woop! *slips the valve on and causes the balloon to expand even more!* woop lemme..ugh! *tries to turn off the switch, but fumbles with the pump* there! *clicks it off and notices you up against the ceiling with the balloon pressing you up there* o.o ^-^; woops. You ok up there?
i want one. in pink X3 http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5365842 my balloon cant get that big or?
hehe, I've only seen them in Red or Blue. They're 8' cloudbusters made of chloroprene. I don't think that particular balloon of yours can get as big as this one x3 and this one was only inflated to like... 30% it's maximum capacity. You can get one here:

This type of a balloon is a weather balloon made of chloroprene which is artificial rubber. The balloon is designed to be used as a weather balloon and is meant to last up to a certain height for consistency. They're a little pricier than a regular weather balloon, but a little sturdier, so if weight is applied to it, you wont sink right down to the ground compared to a regular weather balloon. They're squishier than a latex balloon, but stiffer than a weather balloon. Kind of a happy medium between the two.
The 8' chloroprene is definitely worth it. I think I got mine back in... September, and it's still like new. What's great about chloroprene is that they don't leave any stretch marks unlike latex, so they can be inflated even more and more compared to standard latex balloons. :3
Hehe, it's a possibility! I've already made a few videos on our livestream website of various inflation, just not as big as this. Still big though! Check out our videos here:
