A bit of backstory: Diego comes from an average family, with no special powers or gifts. Surprisingly enough, Diego was born with unique abilities. His gift allows him to control and manipulate electricity, he learned this when he was a kid when he caused static for the radios and TV in his parents' house. He learned another ability about himself, he was able to cause machines to respond to him and metals to shape how he imagines it. As he got older, he learned to control these gifts and use them daily. In high school and college, he was pretty popular with everyone, everyone wants to hang out with him and get to know him. He used to do the school radio for both high school and college, he took classes to work towards being a radio host. After college, he was offered a chance to work at a radio station, and since then he has been a big hit with the people. Not long after joining the station, he meets Jason who he quickly becomes friends. The two share stories together to which Diego finds out about Jason's life with the Digimon partners and Diego shares about his abilities.
