This is probably my favorite piece of Blueberry Inflation art on the entire internet. I absolutely adore the concept of a world where Permaberries are as common a sight as people in wheelchairs, and it's treated as little more than a perfectly ordinary physical handicap that could happen to anyone.
It's the doctor's comments that really sell it though. Like yeah, if being a Permaberry were an actually medically diagnosable disability, this is the kind of stuff doctors would be checking for when their Permaberry patients come in for a routine check-up.
