Here is Pixie, in a fantastic rendition by DaggerLeonelli. This was actually a YCH piece but the posture and expression perfectly match his excitable nature.
Pixie (serial number P-XRF) is a biomimetic jaguar, completely robotic but designed to accurately resemble a flesh-and-blood jaguar, albeit a genetically modified one. He chose the neon green claw varnish himself. He appears in a new story I'm writing, with a working title of "Keller".

Adorable I like Jags. They are starting to come back to Arizona. https://www.fox10phoenix.com/news/e.....ime-in-7-years Used to roam the state up to the south rim of the Grand Canyon.
Ranchers shot them out of the state back by the 1950s. In the 1990s they started to show up again. Some Puma hunters treed one and took photos. They knew not to shoot it - on the Endangered Species list. There is also a wolf reintroduction program - the Mexican Grey Wolf. Some have been spotted in my county. As it is, my neighborhood backs into National Forest lands that are rather wild. I have Coyotes, Grey Foxes, Bobcats around all the time at night. The occasional Mountain Lion (Puma) - had one walk past me one night - was sitting on the side porch of the house and the cat jumped the wall, walked past - I held very still and it jumped the back wall of the yard and went down the alley. I slipped back into the house then. I tend to refer to those critters as the Night Neighbors. At times I've worked till very late at night and I'd see them when I'd drive home at 3 in the morning. Lot of Mule Deer and Javelina around (New World wild boar like critter) Good prey for the bigger preds.
Pixie is the only one I've created who has a name. He was never organic in the first place and was probably one of the test subjects when they got the jaguar working after "I, Panther". Some of them didn't like it or preferred to stay safe in their armoured shells, but Pixie loves having fur.
