For me it doesn't matter. Let the artist draw what they want. If they enjoy it, that's great! If it isn't for you (not you specifically), simply move along to another image/artist. Don't get uppity about it not being up to your expectations, you didn't commission it (again not referring to you specifically mate.
And I absolutly agree with that.
Nothing boil more my blood than "fans" trying to threaten or coexerce atrtists if it didn't goes their way or aren't working "fast" enough, even more so if it's freeloader and not people actually giving the money.... or worse, cancel culture with people that "speak in the name of" but actually don't care about the work.
I was rather talking about the consumer rather than the artist itself, if people are ready to pay cash for NSFW...but not for SFW... well the artists will go where they'll ba able to live (i've seen an artist ranting about exactly that)
