Unfortunately, this version of Generation 1 comics was never finished, as its publisher Dreamwave Comics went bankrupt and lost the Transformer comic franchise.
IDW Comics, current holders of the Transformers comics franchise publishing rights, has done their own different take on Generation 1 and Sunstorm has yet to appear in it at all.

*shi nods* hmmm fair enough, i used to get to hang out with an artist who works on the transformers work... he also did the robotech remake and also worked on some street fighter comics he is a really awesome chap :) got him to sign all my robotech comics he did and also did up a custom picture of myself in 3rd generation power armor *giggles*
i have a ps3 i have beaten both story modes on the hardest difficulty. could see if i can give a hand if i can find my transformers again :P that one of recusing omega is annoying.. more so on the hard difficulty because of how easy the enemy blasts you and you have to hold against like 7 waves of em AND keep ratchet alive.
then revive him everytime he falls I know X3 I'm on usually during the weekdays before 1 a clockish in the afternoon, mostly morns and night times around 6 or near 7ish pm on saturdays sundays afternoons and mondays mostly all day unless I am on oblivion. I like that new autobot on that mission though boom KABOOM BAM! he is hilariously amusing to no end
*chuckles* his not really a new one, his actually in the original G1 transformers show and he was just like that in the original show as he is shown in the game. to be honest his an amazing character but when i did the mission on single player in hardest mode i had to use Prime as my character because he took more hits then the other two to drop and had an amazing starting gun that helped alot.
Don Figueroa is the king of Transformers art in my opinion, closely followed by Guido Guidi and Nick Roche. It's a real shame the Dreamwave G1 ongoing was cut short by bankruptcy because Sunstorm onward was damn fun.

in this continuity sunstorm is a cloned decepticon warrior fitted with a experimental fusion reactor. due to chance part of the vector sigma super computer code got uploaded into him when shockwave was uploading the data as the autobots took new iacon.
he was awakened when runabout and runamuck woke him after breaking into the facility he was housed in. where upon he promptly killed the two. due to the scrambled programing he thought he was a child of primus. though due to the way he was built by shockwave he certainly had the power of one.
