As an explorer Hunter tends to spend a lot of his time on the move, leaping and bounding between ruin civilizations on an abandoned world.
His wings aren't strong enough to let him fly, (unless the gravity is very low), but he's still light enough that he can use them to "glide", so its important that his custom armor keeps him light and mobile.
