Reference Sheet made for  Snootbooper240 featuring his NEW electric kitty, Joel the Zeraora. From what I remember, the guy weilds a club around called a club-canon or "Club-Catcher". It is supposedly very heavy and can only be lifted by a select few. Think of Thor's hammer when it comes to picking it up. It can shoot electrical webs in the form of bullets initially before it spreads out and can use a catch and reel in net.
