Once again a wonderfully realised commission idea from the fantastic and friendly artist

Steppen, the Friesian stallion, thoughtfully observes the small seahorse that has approached him in the large aquarium...

The idea for the picture came, of course, from the tongue-in-cheek double entendre of having the anthro horse meet a seahorse.
Steppen, however, is fascinated by the sea and large aquariums where you can observe such alien surroundings and creatures in the dark....
An almost meditative calm comes over him when he sees colourful fish, luminous jellyfish and other sea creatures passing close by in a kind of weightlessness, while plants sway gently in the artificial current....
You could say that also makes it a kind of 'seahorse' ;)
