You're welcome! What reminded me of it the most was your coloring technique and how it did not completely fill in the lines, but left streaks of brown showing through. How you differ a little from how Kipper did it.

The paper's surface was the cause of the streaks--it's a thicker, 'press board' kind that's like the back of a sketchbook. I like how the grain made almost a fur-texture so I left it simple. Oh, the fun of experimenting!

Hmmm... maybe this brown paper would look better than using a brown paper bag. That incomplete look/fur look really made the drawing stand out for me.

But who wouldn't want to go shopping for groceries with a cute toon on the bag? *teeeeear* "Oops, I put too much in this one and it tore, dude. Sorry." AAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!

Thanks! I thought so too and didn't want to cover up the 'grain' too much. I've made colored pencil on black paper before, but this adds a quieter effect. Grey paper is next!
