I've actually wanted to replace Scooter's old ref for a while, but now I'm actually getting onto it! There are things better about this one, things better about the other one, but I'll probably use the other one for NSFW since that one actually has Scooter nude. I think this one better displays Scooter's personality, plus the art quality is obviously higher. I mean, I used the circle tool for Scooter's eyes in the 2019 version! I did that because I used the line tool for my line art because it'd be too sloppy otherwise, but now after four and a half years, it's neat enough to use. Pretty good for a mouse, I think.
This is also the first time in many years that I'm actually using Free Online Image Editor for my art. I didn't use it as a crutch for a background like my older art, but obviously I can't make text like that with MS Paint. I also did it for the top left where I used my U.S. Labour Day photo. If I make updated refs for my other characters, I'll format it pretty much like this as well.
