Unfortunately, we have no idea who thought this was a good idea, just that it certainly wasn't our company. Initially we thought that it was just a water ford crossing that may have gotten washed out, but in all of the other photos, the concrete is in literally pristine condition without any of the staining/weathering or damage that usually occurs in a wash out.
