It's been a long time since I have had work of this dashing bug! It is Samuel Reilly, a named whispered in terror from the 1930s underworld of Chicago. If you are a mobster and he shows up at your door, you can be sure it is your last day.
Of course, Reilly has a code. He only kills criminals. If you try to arrange a contract with him to kill some innocent person, Reilly will always refuse. If you try to ask him to kill a kid, he is likely to put a .45 round right between your eyes. He is so careful with not harming innocents that most Chicago police are unwilling to even investigate him.
If you are a criminal, beware the Irish mantis.
