This is a free 2-character sculpture of Swiftpaw and Redburr playing around. Swiftpaw is nuzzling at his kittydragon, who is batting and pawing playfully at his muzzle to get him to stop... *pawpawpaw* nuuuuu!

This is my first ever 2-character sculpture where the characters are independent and can be viewed alone. Swiftpaw's fur effect and particularly his colouring was very tricky. I tried to introduce some different shades and blend them in, also although you can't see in this pic, his belly fur has a very slight hint of colour to it.

Some things couldn't be achieved. Swiftpaw's characteristic pendant could only be represented conceptually and hung on a collar rather than a cord, due to difficulty fashioning a thin enough yet sturdy strip of clay. This will have to travel across the Atlantic so needs to be fairly robust. Also I deliberately did Redburr's pawpads as just little random pink dots to make him look even cuter.

Both characters are made from Super Sculpey polymer clay and a lot of patience! I can't sculpt foxes so if Swiftpaw looks a bit odd, that's why >.<
