Bao would love to teach him, although her cousin Li is the main chef in the family.

I’ll probably need to go ahead and create a proper backstory and profile for him.

But different types, so there will be less direct competition. Li will have his food truck that he runs with one other family member. He is a trained chef, but he wanted a food truck more than his own restaurant.

Yes, exactly! Li only has his food truck/van and the grill he pulls behind it to worry about. He can set up almost anywhere! The beach, private parties, parks, nightclubs, anything.

Oh there are definitely some places that Li will not go. The food truck is Li’s favorite thing in life, besides his family.
