Poutine. Does a body good. Marcus is busy feeding his darling wife Ekatrina some of that Canadian delicacy. It's true! Racoonadillo's Everything Food Truck does have everything. And what could go wrong on such a lovely day? Not a cloud in the sky - or hero!

There is ONLY sauce (beef gravy)
Poutine in its proper form is a bag or takeaway box of fresh chips - preferably hand cut w/skins (aka french fries), a layer of fresh cheese curds, and then PIPING HOT gravy poured over it. Large orders may have a second layer of chips and cheese curds.
Serve immediately with a fork. Served best had on the way home from the tavern at 11 pm when it's hella cold. Or just with a beer.
