Eight of the pack - Lounel. Lounel was my greatest mistake. The whole time I thought it's a male and found out recently, after a year and half, Lounel is a female.
She is the smallest wolf in the pack, but she is the best runner. The fastest wolf in the pack. She loves to play, she's friendly and curious. In the hierarchy is she among the two lowest females, as it seems.

Good question. Nope, I am not. But I am allowed to be at the inner fence direct, not behind the outer one, by both the wolves and the keepers. I am visiting the pack for four years, so they got used to me. I don't know how they would react, if I were inside. But then again, noone goes there, not even the keepers do. So there is not much chance to experiment with that. Getting sniffed over my face or licked over it through the wide openings in the fence was the closest I got with them. The keepers never got this close... then again, they can't spend the whole day at their pen.
