Decided to have a Picture of the Majorette Beetle with the Herbie Color Scheme expect the No.53 probably due to avoiding Copyright with Disney Vs. the Hotwheels Dimachinni Veloce which is a new casting based around Retro Italian Sports Cars.

I got one of these beetles a week or two ago. I was surprised they released it domestically but not surprised they removed the gumballs from the car. Even without the 53 in them the look of the car would be pushing it.

I think the reason they didn't put the No.53 on was probably due to Jada/Majorette trying to avoid copyright with Disney since they own the rights to Herbie, And Disney can be a pain in the butt when it comes to copyright.

More than likely, but even some of the European releases had like 68 instead. I'm just wondering if they got cold feet having any number whatsoever.
