Room service! This here's a horse maid guy of mine named Oliver, done by 
Voicelessfreak (also on YCH.Commishes)!
His full name would be Oliver Anthony Beldun (Or shortened to 'Ollie' by Milly and co.).
He doesn't have character history like Milly sorta did, wasn't an old text character/old idea like the others. Just really wanted a cute anthro horse guy of my own.
However, there were two characters I did have in mind back then. One horse guardsman and lizard guardswoman, buddy cop sorta thing where the equine guy was gullible and had a type of "naïve, gullible southern" trope going for him, while the lizard lady was blunt and no-nonsense and they had that type of dynamic going on in the background while the "main character(s)" did their thing.
Maybe Oliver holds a lil' bit of that sentiment with him. But in maid clothes.
His design was inspired by one of the horse-maid guys in, like Milly, an old doujinshi smut comic. But this time, done by 'Aoi Takayuki | Kawai Takahiro' and 'Po-Ju | Monty', with the adult work called 'Condensed Juice'.
Along with maybe the Unicorn Brother from the adult comic by Onta, 'Rite of Passage', too?
I really liked their designs and wanted to have a character like them, and so now we've got Oliver! Or Ollie, for short. As for background info...
Oliver is one of the servants for a distant place called "Farmer Fannie's Farm", along with Milly. He provides cleaning and mounting services for the visitors there.
The visitors consist mainly of wealthy goblins and kobolds, along with other races above the height of 2 feet but also below the height of 5 feet.
Oliver is a very kind and gentle sort, knows a little more about the world beyond the farm but prefers staying on the farm. The farther lands he'd hear about sometimes sound more complicated than the farm there, after all.
He has a few more friends than Milly, one of his newest friends is an older dragoness maid named Deineth Chaurolei as well, although Milly would also be his best friend among them.
Not much else changes on the farm, a fact that Oliver doesn't mind.
A fact until one day, they get a new group of visitors they haven't seen before...
Oliver's age is just now 20, with a height of 5 feet and 7 inches.
